Creative, energetic all-level classes(can include yin, gentle and power) yoga held at the Rocky Hill Congregational Church in Rocky Hill. Now offering a Yoga for Bariatric and Non-Bariatric Patients or for those new to yoga needing a chair and slower pace. Mondays 5:30-6:30-pm Saturdays 8:30-9:30am and 9:45-10:30am (fitness class) Please check www.rhillyoga.com for details.
