The practice of yoga connects us with our internal sense of how to use our body. In our classes you will be encouraged to stretch and use muscles without unnatural strain and to regard breath and movement as equally important. Our highly qualified instructors will offer physical posture adjustments only to those who would like them. Our studio space holds about a dozen people comfortably, which is important for those who wish to have more individualized attention during a yoga class.
