Chayo Studio is a premiere boutique yoga studio; a beautiful and calming space dedicated to the art of Yoga and healing lifestyle. Our uplifting activities focus on releasing deep stress and tension to be anxiety free. We teach you how to build a strong nervous system to handle the daily challenges of stressful living and offer classes and programs that work on your well-being and unlock your true potential so that you can be original, happy, and fulfilled. Classes in our cosy studios combine Yoga, meditation, relaxation, lifestyle and diet, and music to soothe and calm the soul. Chayo Studio is dedicated to bringing the very best trainers who are experts in their style and from a variety of backgrounds. We also frequently have exciting workshops with overseas teachers on yoga, healing & healthy lifestyle. Chayo Studio has a main studio with a maximum capacity of 25-30 students with a state of the art sound and audiovisual system as well as wall mirror for any range of yoga, dance or martial arts activities. The mini studio is cosy space for maximum of 10 students. The retail shop sells spiritual and yoga books, cds, DVDs, yoga wear, yoga mats, and healing jewelry. We welcome you to drop by any time to visit and see our spaces, take a trial class, or just have a cup of tea and a chat about what programs would best benefit you.
