The OM place has been spreading the joy of yoga for over 10 years! We offer restorative, vinyasa, and private classes in the Interdisciplinary Hatha style. Thai and deep tissue bodywork is available by appointment. We are a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training site!
