Small and friendly mixed ability class in Weedon, Bucks (Monday 19:30-21:00) run by Yoga for Health Foundation trained teacher, encouraging students to work intuitively and at their own pace. Classes generally include some sequence work with modifications as appropriate to suit each student's particular needs. Also teach four classes on Tuesdays and two classes on Wednesdays at various levels in Winslow, Bucks and a very popular drop in class in Leighton Buzzard, Beds on Wednesday morning.
