I am a certified yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience in the lower Northern Neck of Virginia. Small weekly classes given year round emphasize flexibility, balance, better breathing, relaxation and meditation. I also focus on building core strength. Individual attention and a meditative approach to the physical practices are priorities. Classes in Heathsville and Kilmarnock are multi-level and are designed for both beginners and continuing enthusiasts. There's a class in Heathsville for those with more experience.
