We provide a full schedule of classes including Iyengar yoga, mat palates, Gravity training utilizing the "Gravity Training Systems" and indoor cycling (using spin bikes). We are a small fitness studio fully equipped with cardio machines, free weights, weight machines and everything needed to improve ones body physically and mentally. Our facility has a full staff of trainers and teachers.
