I am passionate about sharing the benefits that yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques can bring in helping to maintain and enhance physical and mental health and well being. I focus on working with smaller groups at my Home Studio in Tooting Bec, SW17, and in my workshops and retreats. The Home Studio is 2 minutes walk from Tooting Bec Station, and is easily accessible by train, tube and bus, and my Sunday Wellbeing Days, and Weekend Retreats are held at the stunning Warren House in Kingston (just 30 minutes from the centre of London) and the glorious Roffey Park in Horsham (90 minutes from London).
As well as group classes, I also offer Private lessons for up to 3 people beginning at £40 per hour. My yoga courses in South West London include Beginners courses geared towards complete novices , Intermediate Courses for experienced practitioners interested in deepening their understanding and practice, and General Courses for those in between. For everyone who wants a super charged session there is always Yoga Shred. If you have a special need or requirement just let me know and I will try and accommodate you.
I also run a number of specialist workshops focusing on the use of yoga and other wellbeing techniques as an aid to Building Stress Resilience for the Work Place, Finding Balance in Everyday Life, Transformation and Change - moving towards your Authentic Self, & Meditation for a Health. My Retreats include the new Sunday Day Retreat and Wellbeing Weekends and also week long breaks in beautiful locations in both the UK and around the world. These Wellbeing Breaks are specifically designed to help you to relax, renew, and de stress, enabling you to reconnect with the wonder that is you.
