U Studio opened in April, 2006. It is the commUnity of those who helped build it that inspired the name. A community that is all inclusive and ever expanding-- where people of all ages, sizes and orientations move and breath together on the 5th floor of an extraordinary art deco building enjoying views of the Hollywood sign and the downtown skyline. Classes are rigorous but intelligent flow, with an emphasis on alignment. A physically challenging class with room for playful laughter.
