I am a Registered Yoga Teacher certified 200 level. My training took place at Yoga Yoga Studio in Austin, Texas. There I was exposed to a number of incredible teachers and styles including, Viniyoga, Restorative Yoga Nidra, Anasura, Hatha Vinyasa, Kundalini, and attended workshops with Gary Kraftsow.
