The vision of Yoga with Romi is to bring the heart of yoga and its true purpose as a way of finding happiness to you and is committed to helping the students, no matter his or her age or challenge to develop their own personal practice in an environment of support, encouragement and thoughtful dialogue. Yoga with Romi offers classes taught in hatha yoga style with elements of other traditions such as yin yoga; specialty classes and workshop on Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy.
