Six week yoga course. The course offers a gentle introduction into hatha yoga.You will learn basic yoga postures, pranayama breathing techniques and relaxation. This introductory course is suitable for the newcomer to yoga and for those who have some yoga experience. During each 75 minute session you will have time for getting the mind and body centered,a warm up routine,learn basic yoga postures during the main asana workout,learn a Pranayama breathing technique, and have cooling down and relaxation period.
Mats are provided.
Yoga classes are held daytime and evenings.
