Sahaja Meditation is a not-for-profit organization working in over 100 countries and is based on a form of meditation developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, promoting balance, health, harmony and well-being. In the United States, this method is practiced in over 50 cities, and programs have been offered since 1998 at the National Institutes of Health in Washington D.C., which hosted two symposiums on the medical benefits of Sahaja Meditation. Its remarkable results are based on activating an inner potential energy through simple, natural meditation techniques taught free of charge by expert volunteers, and can be practiced at home, via 15-20 minute sessions, by people of all ages.
