Reconnect with your body after the birth of your beautiful baby with Yoga! Rediscover your core muscles, increase strength & flexibility, and find a sense of inner calmness while taking the time to nurture yourself and your new baby. Infant & Me Yoga classes are laidback, supportive and challenging for new mommies, and babies will have fun interacting with you while you practice yoga, including tummy time and dancing with mommy.
