Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga while pregnant and post delivery. Yoga will bring awareness to the mind, body and spirit to both mommy and baby. This gentle yoga is appropriate for all levels. Yoga Mama & Baby These classes have their own special rhythm: moms and babies bond (and bend), do a bit of massage and exercises for the baby, moms check in with each other and support each other, there is some breathing and toning, yoga for the moms, yoga for moms and babies together, an adorable rhythmic yet calming dance for moms with babies in arms, and a lullaby at the end to help calm the babies for their trip home.
