Yoga Mama & Baby These classes have their own special rhythm: moms and babies bond (and bend), do a bit of massage and exercises for the baby, moms check in with each other and support each other, there is some breathing and toning, yoga for the moms, yoga for moms and babies together, an adorable rhythmic yet calming dance for moms with babies in arms, and a lullaby at the end to help calm the babies for their trip home.
