Yoga Bharati Yoga Teacher Training 2009, in the India Community Center (ICC), Milpitas, CA. The course starts on April 4th 2009 and ends on June 28th 2009. It is weekend only course. Yoga Bharati course includes the practical sessions that cover breathing practices, asanas, pranayama, kriyas, bandhas, mudras and meditation, where the emphasis is on teaching techniques and learning in study groups. It also covers the effects of yoga practices and philosophy of yoga, taught by a renowned Sri N.V. Raghuram from Vivekananda Yoga Research foundation (VYASA), also an accredited Yoga University. Sri. N.V.Raghuram has more than 25 years of experience in the field of yoga and has been awarded 'Yogashri', a highest award in the field of yoga, given by Government of India. Yoga Bharati is a voluntary non-profit(501c) organization and hence attempts to keep the cost of the program low and affordable.
