"Inspiring clarity through movement" Ashley's programs develop strong concentration, dedication and focus through a variety of useful techniques including physical postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. In her unique approach she guide students in movement of the body using the breath to facilitate, fuel and guide their practice. Whether in static, seated, balanced or reclined postures she verbally illustrate how to maintain movement with each breath allowing the body to stretch, strengthen and soften while the mind relaxes and tension is released. Music is incorporated into some of her classes adding a fun soundtrack to enjoy.
