liveYoga is a home-studio for Yoga practice and yogic coaching in the east-centre of Amsterdam overlooking the water. The studio offers morning and evening classes in a warm and energizing atmosphere where personal attention is everything. The main focus is the study and practice of Yoga postures (Asanas) however, always aiming to go a step (or two) beyond and stimulate the appetite for depth and integration. The classes are in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and include a wide and changing variety of Asanas (both active and restorative, dynamic and static) with special attention to posture alignment and mindfulness. The studio is fully equipped so all you need to bring is you.
