Blissful Body Yoga is located in Gastonia, North Carolina and gives instruction to students all over the world. Owner/Instructor Teal Marie Fyrberg, RYT, has been teaching yoga since 1998, and loves it more everyday! Blissful Body Yoga is a conscious practice of physical yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques for integrating body, mind and spirit. Teal believes that yoga resides in the heart, and helps her students to find a personal yoga of their own with love and compassion.
