Ashtanga Yoga Montclair at Asana House offers Mysore Style Classes Monday thru Friday mornings from 6 am to 9 am. (Self Paced Practice-Start anytime up to 7:30 am, doors open at 5:30 am). Led Ashtanga on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. Full Led Primary every Saturday morning from 8 am to 10 am. Ashtanga 101 Monday nights at 7 pm to 8:30 pm for beginners new to the mat or new to the series. Juice Bar and boutique open after class daily for organic coffee, tea, fresh juice combinations, smoothies, soup and vegetarian sandwiches.
