Beginners classes set a solid foundation for your practice focusing on the sun salutations and details of the postures and correct alignment. These classes are relaxed and informative. The intermediate mixes varying styles for a more faster paced vinyasa flow. Advanced classes are for those looking to be challenged...including hand stands, headstands and other more advanced inversions. Modifications are provided for all. All classes are small and personal with ten or less per group. Private classes are also available on request. Public classes are held on a beautiful shaded open air yoga deck in the mama beach beach residence with beautiful views over Ton Sai Bay. A few weekly indoor classes are also offered in the state of the art Banyan Villa Fitness Center.
