Cedar Rock is a beautiful studio in rural Conway located on 5 acres of woods. Multiple classes and levels are available. Anne Avant, the instructor, is Iyengar-certified with over 20 years experience of Iyengar yoga. The B.K.S. Iyengar method of hatha yoga is internationally known for its emphasis on form, alignment of bones, rhythmic breathing and the use of props. By using such things as chairs, blocks, pillows, straps, and blankets, anyone can benefit from the pose, no matter their age or level of fitness.
