JenYoga & Fertile Grounding Yoga are yoga classes built around a community of women. Yoga Instructor, Wellness Expert and Co-Owner of the OM collective Jennifer Colletti specializes in Fertility/Infertility Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, and Mom (or parent) and Baby Yoga. She also teaches general classes for beginners to advanced, and Yoga at the Lake, in the Lake Harriet Rose Garden from June-September. Jennifer is an Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor (ERYT) and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Instructor (RPYT). Jennifer's yoga classes are about bringing women together, creating support, friendship, community and a place for trust in caring for your body. Everything in our lives is connected, through yoga teachings we explore how health can be achieved by melding everything in our lives together.
