Hatha yoga (the yoga of movement). All asanas (postures) are slowly guided into alignment, remaining in the asana with a flow of pranayama (breath) within and throughout the asanas. The intention is not placed on arriving in the posture fully, but placed on the journey to the posture honoring our individuality. Based on these guidelines intuitive yoga is born. Namaste!
