Located in spectacular Osoyoos, in the midst of wine country, matrix yoga takes a holistic approach to teaching classic Hatha yoga. Tina creates sequences that move with breath and help us along the journey to wellness. Teaching is precise enough for the beginner yet the asanas and flows challenging enough for advanced practices and will always ensure a safe practice. Instruction for privates, groups, corporate clients, seniors, rehab yoga, men's yoga and special interest groups are offered year round at the Sonora Centre and private studio settings. Summer takes the practice outdoors to local Resorts, rooftop decks & Vineyards around Osoyoos! We strive to help bring harmony to your body, mind and spirit while toning muscles, balancing the body's systems and relieving stress. At the end of the day though, Tina believes it's still just yoga - so enjoy the journey!
