Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of breathing (pranayama), movement, mantra and meditation that teaches you the art of self-healing and relaxation. It is a psycho-corporal practice that improves the functioning of the body?s vital systems: respiratory, circulatory, digestive. It works on the nervous and glandular systems, improves the flexibility of the spine and tones the muscles. On a psychological level, it helps us to manage the stress of modern living and to manage and channel our emotions. As a result, it develops our optimism and the ability to go beyond our self-imposed limits.
