I believe that the body has a natural ability to align itself with proper care and nurturing. I guide students through yoga poses that allow the body to stretch and open increasing flexibility. This practice also encourages students to breathe deeper while quieting the mind, releasing body tension and calming the nervous system. My purpose as a yoga teacher is to nourish the body through guided movements with the breath to energize the body. This in combination with yoga?s relaxation and healing benefits allows daily renewal and rejuvenation of the mind, body and spirit.
