Lora received her B.A. in Theater Studies from Emory University and also studied acting extensively at the Atlantic Acting School and the American Conservatory Theater. A former Zumba Fitness instructor, Lora has also spent many years studying dance and creative movement. Practicing yoga since 2003, Lora completed her 200 hour alignment-based YogaWorks Yoga Teacher Training in March of 2009 under the study of Tzahi Moskovitz. She continues her training by attending numerous workshops and is enrolled in Sage Rountree's 2014 summer Yoga for Athletes intensive. Lora runs as often as possible and has participated in numerous races around the country. Her current favorite running distance is a half marathon, but a 10k is a close second! Lora's lifelong experiences with back-pain and scoliosis also make her a natural fit for sharing yoga with the masses. Nothing can help you be more pain-free than discovering body awareness and mental mindfulness!!
Lora is a Positive Attitude Advocate. She wants everyone to find what makes them happy and to go after it! She also is a firm believer in living a creative life in the present moment, preferably pain-free! Lora loves bringing yoga to runners, endurance athletes, artists, those people who say they "can't touch their toes," and everyBODY!
