Our studio is a new yoga studio in Cologne (1 year) whereas our Teachers (7) are practicing ashtanga for many years. We offer ashtanga yoga classes from 6 a.m. - 11 p.m (Mysore-classes every morning, led classes, different basic-classes). Workshops and Zen-meditation classes make our offer complete. Among others we offer a wide choice of books & dvds, yoga clothing & bags, yoga mats & meditation pillows. Our spacious lounge (terrace to the Rhine river) and caf? is open for our yoga students and visitors and keeps organic snacks and drinks for sale. The studio is situated in an old heritage-protected silo house directly situated at the river Rhine near Cologne?s city centre.
