Take the practioner from the basic to advance in a gradual manner. I take the details of the participant, design a cousrse suiting to the participant's requirement. In general I start with stretching, asanas, pranayamas, relaxation , then body purification and advanced meditations, kriyas and Kundalini. I have done one year Diploma, a full time residential course from Bihar yoga Bharati ( A University for Advanced yogic sciences). I have 10 years of experience in teaching yoga to individuals and corporate. I am looking for a job in Dubai.
