The Pregnancy Yoga classes have been specially designed for mums-to-be. They include a wide range of asanas and exercises combined with different breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, helping to achieve flexibility, strength and awareness to your body during the creation of a new life.
Mother and Baby Yoga and Massage classes are designed to help the Mother with post-natal recovery. Baby masssaging techniques are practiced in the class and Yoga for both Mother and Baby to enjoy together.
