Yoga is the ultimate path to radiant health, peace, joy, and enduring happiness. While physical health is a positive byproduct of the practice, yoga is truly a divine practice of Self realization, reconnecting to the divine essence within. I offer public classes at three locations, Rosemary Court, ReFlex Arts, and Snap Fitness. My classes incorporate yogic philosophy, chanting, breathing exercises, sun salutations and variations, a logical sequence of asanas, and deep final relaxation. Privates and Semi Privates: Private Sessions include learning ancient sanskrit Mantras and in-depth yogic philosophy as well as a full Hatha Yoga Practice incorporating breathing exercises, a logical sequence of postures, relaxation, and meditation. I also offer guidance in vegetarianism and creating a home practice. Options for energy work available.
Kirtan: Devotional chanting and music _____________________________________________________________________ My education includes 400 hours of teacher training in traditional Sampoorna Yoga as well as Alignment-based Vinyasa, hundreds of hours of personal study with focus on my gurus teachings and Vedic scripture, and workshops in traditional yoga asana and energy work including Pranic Healing and Reiki. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Psychology. Currently, I am enrolled in the M.Ed. in Humane Education through Valparaiso University and Institute for Humane Education.
