Classes in Antara Yoga, a style of Hatha. Classes comprise of gentle limbering exercises, followed by classical Yoga postures (suitable for all levels of ability), pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation & meditation techniques. Fully qualified and insured teacher, trained with Ma Antar Yatra at the International Institute for Antara Yoga & Meditation, in Sydney, Australia. Three classes held each week. Open to all.
