Classic Yoga stretching, slow flow, for all levels with an emphasis on breath awareness. Beginners welcomed. Private or group classes can be scheduled at your place of business, residence or my home-studio. Current weekly classes are Tues @ 6PM and Sat @ 9:30AM. Schedule is open throughout the week, day or evenings. $10 per 1 hr class unless a private class is requested. All props are provided at Yoga-Laine. Mats, blocks, straps, cushions, and blankets. A private prenatal class is $20 for a full hr of classic yoga stretching, including meditation and pampering. I am trained and certified by Wm Lee Rand to give Reiki treatments. Reiki uses a light warm touch, opening up energy channels that exist throughout the body as well as moving lymphatic fluid which brings on a feeling of lasting calmness and well being. The client remains fully clothed throughout the treatment. Treatments are done in my home Reiki studio which provides a safe and serene setting. A 1 hr Reiki treatment is $25. This treatment also includes light massage for hands and ft.
