Private and Group Vinyasa Yoga Instruction - specialities include alignment focused Asana, Asana for injury management, Pranayama, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga for Seniors and Corporate Yoga Programs. Julia has completed her 500 ERYT in accordance with standards set forth by the Yoga Alliance. Teaching style focuses on increasing energy, improving flexibility, decreasing chronic pain and reducing stress. All levels of Yoga experience and physical fitness are welcome, geared towards making Yoga accessible to all students.
