To do yoga at Awareness Village, you don't have to be athletic, flexible, young or skinny. Yoga poses can be modified so they are available to every body, even if you can?t sit cross legged on the floor or touch your toes, or are overweight and out of shape. We specialize in all types of yoga for all types of people, from the beginner to the more advanced practitioner, including traditional Hatha Yoga, Prenatal and Kids Yoga, Svaroopa Yoga, Yoga for Depression, and Meditation.
