Weekly Ashtanga Yoga classes open to all levels at Fitness First Haringey open to members and none members. Mondays 8.35pm - 9.35pm / £8 non members & £5 members. A fun and light approach to Ashtanga Vinyasa with emphasis on establishing sound foundations and practicing with mindfulness. The practice helps calms the mind, honor the body and lighten the spirit.
Also ideal or those who desire to improve their fitness levels, who wishes to build strength with flexibility as well as those who recovering from injury or have had a break from practice.
