Desert Yoga Therapy offers an ecclectic blend of classes with a therapeutic backdrop. Both community classes, small semi-private group classes (6 maximum) and one-on-one yoga therapy based sessions are available in the Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs area. We also run retreats to Australia and Idyllwild for weekend and longer.
