We are a Bikram method yoga school. We are centrally located on Polk Street between Pine and Bush. The school is easily accessd by public transporation and there is plenty of parking as well. Bikram Yoga is suitable for all levels - from first time students to long-time practitioners. The room is heated, you will sweat, so drink plenty of water, dress lightly and come prepared to work and have fun! Showers and lockers are available. Call for schedule and information.
