I have been practicing Yoga for 25 years and teaching Yoga for 14 years. Completing several Yoga training courses including with the F.R.O.Y. (Friends of Yoga) and Yoga of Heart. I teach in Haslemere & the Surrey / Hampshire / Sussex areas at various venues, health spas, retreat centres & for Age Concern. All abilities are welcome to practice Hatha Yoga in a relaxed atmosphere, please bring a mat & a blanket.
