The Yoga Mat, is a green studio connecting like-minded folks through the practice of yoga, wellness, and combined creativity. We believe unrolling your mat creates healthier and happier people; less grumpy people means less crappy stuff in the world. One om at a time, we’ll reconnect with our neighbors and bring balance to our body and mind. Choosing to live a conscious, healthy lifestyle is hard but it’s clearly a darn good idea. Our classes blend Vinyasa, a vigorous flowing set of postures linked by the breath, and Iyengar yoga, focusing on alignment, anatomy, and the use of props such as bolsters, blocks and straps. www.ontheyogamat.com
