Class is every Thursday, 7-8:30 pm. $5. All ages. Meditation included. Outdoors in good weather. Bilingual class Spanish/English. School is in the North Beach area off 71 St. We also do meditation on the beach itself, and have a regular meditation class. Teacher has several certificates, but really got into yoga with a more mystical orientation and before all these names of different styles came into vogue. He gives classes in the North Miami Library also. He is a semi-retired school teacher from California. He also offers Jyotish, the ancient system of Vedic astology, for adults and kids, and at a reasonable cost.
