Bikram Yoga Galway is a purpose built National Award winning studio and the only one of its kind in the West of Ireland. Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute class consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises and is performed in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Every class is suitable for a “first class,” all ages and all levels of fitness. This yoga series was scientifically designed to warm, stretch and strengthen every muscle, ligament, tendon and joint, and promote the development of a strong, lean, more balanced body.
