The school aim is the teaching and diffusion of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice and philosophy in its most traditional form, as taught by guru Sri K. Phattabi Jois. Lino Miele, after many workshops held in Milan throughtout the years, has finally opened the second Ashtanga Yoga School in Italy, the first one is in Rome. Sandra Mazzucchelli, Simona Brusoni, Pinuccia Buscaglia, and Mario Bucchich, teachers of the school, have been practicing with Lino Miele for a long time. Trained under his guide, they assist him in all his workshops and retreats in Italy and abroad. They have deepened their own experience, following him to Mysore in India, to practice under the guide of the maestro Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
