Yoga Anand Ashram is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1972 by Gurani Anjali. We are dedicated to the enrichment, conscious evolution and liberation of human life through the science and philosophy of Yoga. We provide complete yoga training through classes in classical yoga postures (asana) and pranayama (breathing exercises); meditation (dhyana); and sadhana (applied practices in yoga psychology and philosophy [yama and niyama]).
