My style is quite an intuitive eclectic mix. Practising since 2000 , I trained between 2006 and 2008 and hold certificates from the British School of Yoga (BSY), Godfrey Devereux (Dynamic Yoga) and Anne-Marie Newland (SunPower Yoga). I teach drop-in classes in Parkview (Sheerwater, Woking) on wednesdays 7-8pm and Thursdays 11-12h. As well as 1-2-1 and small groups( up to 3) in Byfleet/Woking/Cobbham area. And I offer thai massage and Reiki as well.
