I teach a variety of classes for all levels (beginner to advanced level students) throughout long island. I have over 500 hours of yoga training which includes Power Yoga/Ashtanga Yoga, Sivananda, Restorative and Anusara Yoga. I also hold certifications in Reiki, Pranic Healing, Pilates, Raw Food Nutrition & Wellness Coaching. My teaching style has been described as light-hearted and fun with an emphasis on alignment & GRACE!
