Founded in the Sivananda tradition but incorporating elements of many different styles. Emphasis is placed on options so that each person in a class from the most experienced practitioner to the complete beginner can work to a level that challenges and motivates them. Yellow yoga was created by Vicky to further the objective of making the wonderful benefits of yoga available to all. We understand that in today's hectic world it can be difficult to find time for yourself. We can make it easy by bringing yoga to you.
