Power Vinyasa Flow yoga, a series of breath-synchronized movements designed to strengthen ones awareness as they flow from one posture to the next. This type of yoga is beneficial to people of all ages and encourages the development of a strong and balanced body. Made popular by Bryan Kest (and Yoga to the People in the New York City area), Power Vinyasa Flow yoga will make you sweat, move and most importantly breathe. Genevieve is available for 60-90 minute private sessions, corporate yoga and small group lessons (which may include bridal parties, couple sessions, training groups, children (special needs children) etc.). She is certified from the Yoga To The People studio and a movement teacher/therapist at AHRC Middle/Highschool in Brooklyn NY. She runs group classes once a week at The Ripley Grier studios.
