Offering a Hatha Yoga practice in the tradition of the Integral Yoga Institute which was established by Swami Satchidananda in the 1960's. Integral Yoga brings many aspects of yoga together to help the body and mind achieve unity. Emphasis is placed on awareness of the body using an array of physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). All levels of physical fitness can benefit from this practice, designed to release tension in the body. It can be fun too!
